Philanthropy - Who Cares? We Do

Who Cares? We Do is a Foundation that has been established by our Partner Malcolm Wells & his wife Jenny. The Foundation is in it's infancy but has been established to help local families and people who are less fortunate. The Foundation plans to run regular events where people and families in need will be able to come along and receive a meal, select from pre-loved clothes, have a haircut and to have a free basic health check.

As time goes on we will expand the services that will be available to our less fortunate members within the community.

Question - Why have we established Who Cares? We Do.

Malcolm Wells was an advisor with Windermere Child and Family Services for 10 years and has witnessed an increase in hardship and genuine need from within the local Cranbourne community.

This is our way of giving back to the community that has supported us for many years.

Our Committee of Management consists of our President Malcolm Wells. Malcolm is a CPA and has been an accountant for over 29 years. Gary Rowe a Councillor with the City of Casey and a former Member of Parliament is the Vice President. Our Secretary and Treasurer is Trevor Bew who has had many years of community service. Other committee members are our co-founder, Jenny Wells as well as Margaret O'Callaghan who is the Manager of the Cranbourne Community House.

We are always looking for your clean pre-loved clothes, where we can make them available to those who are less fortunate. Note we are currently awaiting registration with the Australian Charities and Not For Profit Commission and also as a Deductible Gift Recipient.
